The ABT5001F is a PC and Industrial controller based combination that brings an unprecedented level of utility to the world of aerospace and industrial furnace control.

Adobe Acrobat® Reader for viewing various documents like process documents or manuals. The programmable controller also has provisions for calibrating the inputs using an external calibrator, and transferring cure data in tab-delimited format to a USB flash drive for later viewing in a spreadsheet. Cure temperature graphs can be printed during or after the cure process to a remote Bluetooth enabled printer or to a printer connected directly to the USB port.
Functions are controlled from Windows® based application screens on a
touchscreen interface. A stylus is used to touch the screen (finger touch is not recommended) and select screen buttons and to enter text and numbers where required via a screen based keyboard that pops up when alpha-numeric entry is required. Alternatively, a USB mouse can be plugged into the USB port and the screens can be navigated using the mouse.
The controller can monitor multiple type J thermocouple inputs, with industry standard jacks existing on the furnace interior for part temperature and air temperature sensing.
The programmable controller can be set up for a cure profile with 8 different segments plus the end segment. Each cure segment can be setup to use lead, lag, average or a specific thermocouple plus alternate as the control input.
Vacuum can be turned on/off for specific monitoring.
